As a teenager, Cory Pringle popularly known as Yung K.O.R.I was influence by "Trap Life." At age 17, the rapper lost both parents, his sanity for focus and a sense of direction. If you are from Africa, you may be familiar with the saying that. "it's not about what you know but who you know." In the United States of America, who you know is important but much regard is paid to people with expert status due to their indepth knowledge in usually one topic or a few disciplines in their industry. So what makes a person an expert, how does one reach expert status and how does one communicate such status to potential beneficiary of such expertise? Let us dive in deeper.
The first step in this 3-step process to reaching expert status is the mastery of a focused body of knowledge. You may ask, "How does one choose a discipline and then gain mastery?" An area of passion is the best place to start for some people to decide their niche. Now that an area of expertise is decided, it is time to study new skills relating to it daily or as much as possible.
The second step to becoming an expert in your chosen field has to do with implementing or practicing the new skills you are learning. The idea is to be able to retain as much valuable information as possible so you have a wealth of concentrated knowledge to pull from anytime you need to. This action of practicing what you have learned is important as it gets you quicker to "knowing your stuff." This mastery of a displine helps breed confidence.
The third and final step to reaching expert staus in your industry entails teaching the new skills you have acquired (or are still aquiring) to others. Nothing says "expert/authority" than when one makes fabulous presentations about familiar subjects and does so competently. In our technologically advanced age, there aremore than a few ways to communicate ones expertise to others: maintaning a blog, writing a book(s), making videos and podcasts, making radio, television and web show appearances, giving speeches etc. are all excellent ways to promote ones position as an expert.
There you have it, the 3-step process to attaining and preserving expert status; the study, practice and teach technique of becoming an authority in your industry.

Life is a lottery and I want to congratulate you as a fortunate winner wherever you are right now reading this post. You, my friends, have overcome one of the greatest challenges facing humanity. You may not know it but at conception you were designed with all the necessities you need to live a successful life, and if you do it right, your legacy will live on forever.
Amid all conditions and diseases known to man before birth, you have thrived. Congratulations because you have made it through one of the first hurdles of life and living. Your journey continued from the age of innocence to adulthood, but sometime in between you try to make sense of your world and start to wander the reason why you are here.
Now, I don't proclaim to have the answers to your existentialistic questions but I know fully well that only you can find and give meaning to your being here on planet earth. By thoroghly plundering the questions you have about your, for lack of a better term, divine purpose, you may find meaning and direction to lead the rest of your life successfully as many historic great men and women have over the years.
In life, nothing lasts forever. We are born and we grow old, then we are gone. Yes, life is a lottery but living and living fully well is a choice. After braving all the hazards from conception till now, we can choose to ride the ordinary bandwagon and leave no impact. However, we can opt to venture into the wild world of possibilities where lies self-fulfillment or self-satisfaction and the beginning of a long lasting legacy that history will remember.
Whoever you are, there success in your DNA. It is time to activate it.

The reason why many have not seen their share of success can be as numerous as the vastness of stars. All of these excusues can be mitigated with the right amount of planning. Before we proceed, here are two important questions we need to ask ourselves. "What is my definition of success?" and "How do I get from where I am right now to realizing that vision?"
Your definition of success is your vision, it is the big picture, so to speak. It is your imagination and all the emotion that come with seeing yourself where you want to be. Right now, many people see themselves at the top of thier career. They see their corner office, their names on the door, they see thier personal secretary and they can almost smell the coffee he/she is brewing for their drinking pleasure. Hold up! Visioneering is only the beginning.
Now that you have an idea of what success means to you, it's time to "draw up a map" to take you from where you are right now, at the coffee shop, and get you closer to that desired destination over a specific period of time. You see, imagination will show you so much but the way to actualize your big picture dream is to break the vision into specific goals that you can work on. Prioritize your steps and as you check off your accomplishments, you may find the need to alter or eliminate some goals.
It is true that there are a fortunate few who were born into abundance. It is also true that at one point in time somebody had to have imagined such wealth and then set certain goals to create such legacy. So, when someone asks you, "Why plan?" "Why have visions?" "Who need goals?" You can tell them that, "success is a relatively long journey that requires a roadmap." The plan(s), vision(s) and the goal(s) are your roadmap to success.

You can have abundance of Success and it all starts with the right mentality.
It's amazing how many people think negative about success and wonder why the phenomenon seems to elude them. Many of us have, at a point in time felt that those who have success must have been sleazy or may have done something evil to acquire their status.
Examine this fact. The sun came out yesterday and at the right time, exited so that the moon would glow. The sun is here again today and there is a knowing even with an eclipse that the sun will come out again tomorrow. Yesterday's shine does not deplete the glory of the sun and it did take away the duties of the moon and stars.
Another instance can be found in a seed. The seed never strains to grow. Like the sun, the seed is packed with productivity in its DNA. its mission is to grow and produce more seed and more seeds for the survival of its specie.
We humans are born with a mission, like the sun, we can shine high without inhibiting other suns, moons and stars. We are like a seed packed with success in our DNA. Still it takes the right kind of mindset to unlock the gem within, the abundance mindset.
